We are delighted to announce that MIA Photo Fair in Milan has selected a Polaroid by William Wegman, one of our represented artists, as the visual signature for its fifteenth edition devoted to the theme of Metamorphosis.
Wegman's distinctive blend of irony and conceptualism offers a fresh perspective on transformation, balance, and continuity-defining features of his artistic practice.
Marking Galeria Alta's debut at MIA Photo Fair, we are honored to present three solo exhibitions across different spaces: a dedicated showcase of Todd Hido, an exhibition of William Wegman's Polaroids in the AON space, and a display of Carlos Idun-Tawiah's work in the Deloitte space.
Collectively, these presentations will invite visitors to experience three unique yet complementary viewpoints within contemporary photography. We will share further details about these events soon.
